A delightful and lively seaside town which has all year round visitors, many shops and a market twice a week. There are events taking place throughout the year, many linked to the Poppy Line Steam railway of which the highlight being the 40’s weekend in September.

The beaches are Blue Flag award beaches which are dog free in certain areas. There are many places to eat with lively pubs and restaurants with variety to suit everyone’s tastes.

Sheringham Theatre is very active running a Summer Repertory Season with other plays throughout the year.

A lifeboat housed on the western edge of the seafront with a shop in the town. Fishmongers selling local crab and lobsters caught the same day with many other specialities.

National Trust properties close by include Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park. Sailing fishing, golf, walking, birdwatching, swimming and gym are all closeby.
